Hi! I'm Richard Swan
East Tennesse is my home. It isn't just somewhere that I've moved to, it is where I was born and raised with family going back over 5 generations. I know the neighborhoods, businesses, industries, and people who make up our community; and have been educated through the local school system, including the University of Tennessee where I received my bachelor of science degree. I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years with a background in residential financing that lead me to acquire my real estate license. I have been involved in over a thousand home closings. Buying, or selling, a home is probably the largest single investment that most of my customers do in their lifetimes; trusting someone that has that experience and knows when the numbers don't quite seem right is the key to your successful closing.
